Procedure
Hostel admission is given based on the equal distribution of hostel capacity to the students of each department of the university. Hence admission in hostel is given to students through the authorization by the respective head of each department, taken in to the consideration the merit and long distance of the home town of the students.
The Hostel fee must be paid by the dates specified, failing which, a fine of 10/- per day will be levied upto 20 working days. If the fee is not paid by the students even after the last date, they will be required to vacate the hostel.
Students who intend to leave the hostel in the middle of the semester must give at least one month's notice in writing and pay the entire fee for the succeeding Semester.
