Dr. Nandini Menon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dr. Nandini currently holds the position of Head - Consumer Insights at Orient Electric, CK Birla Group. Prior to this,  served as the Head Consumer Insight at Dabur India Ltd for a significant period from 2009 to 2021. Dr. Menon also worked as an Insights Director at IMRB International from 2006 to 2009. Before that, they gained valuable experience in market research at Ipsos from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Dr. Menon worked as a Psychologist in the Airforce, where they held the role from 2000 to 2004. Dr. Nandini also served as a Psychologist in DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization) from 1995 to 1997, and as a Clinical Psychologist at Pradeep's clinic from 1994 to 1995.
Dr. Nandini Menon has a diverse educational background. Dr. Nandini completed their primary schooling at St. Theresa girls convent from 1976 to 1982. Her bachelor degree was from Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science & Higher Education for Women. Dr. Nandini then pursued a Master’s & Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology at Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science & Higher Education for Women.. In addition to their academic degrees, Dr. Menon has obtained several certifications. Dr. Nandini achieved a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Vivekananda Kendra - India in May 1993.
